SLOW PITCH SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT

The Victoria Lions Annual Men’s slow-pitch Brackets, Women’s slow-pitch brackets, Men’s modified brackets.  Tournaments will be held July 15, 16 and 17, 2011 at the Victoria Lions Athletic Park.


RULES AND REGULATIONS

-This is the MEN’S Class C/D slow pitch tournament Entry Form (Planning for 32 teams)

-The Attached Roster and injury liability waiver must be signed by each player and turned into the Tournament director at least fifteen minutes prior to your team’s first game or mailed with invitation form (Team registration booth will be provided.)  Failure to comply will mean elimination of your team from the tournament.

-Each team is allowed 20 players Maximum

-BDR Tournament assured 3 Games

-Sanctioned by the M.S.F (TEAMS MUST EXHIBIT CURRENT TEAM MEMBERSHIP CARD)

(To eliminate confusion at the Information stand. Get a copy of your membership card and mail it with this
 entry form. If you don’t have a card or your team is not sanctioned you will be required to fill out a sanction
 form and pay the fees)

-Umpires are A.S.A and their decisions are final

-Entry fee is $165.00 for 2011 and must be received by June 27, 2011.  Entries after this date until June 30th will be assessed an Extra $30.00 late entry fee.

-Concessions include: Beer, Pop, Hot-dogs and Hamburgers and snacks.

-ABSOLUTELY NO CARRY ON FOOD OR BEVERAGES BY TEAMS OR FANS WILL BE ALLOWED.

EXPENSE AND TRAVEL ALLOWANCE FOR TOURNAMENT

A-Bracket: 1st=$300.00 -- 2nd=$250.00 -- 3rd=$150.00 -- Consolation = $100.00

B -Bracket: 1st=$175.00 -- 2nd=$140.00 -- 3rd=$100.00

C-Bracket: 1st=$150.00 -- 2nd=$120.00 -- 3rd=$80.00

D-Bracket: 1st=$125.00 -- 2nd=$90.00
